Dr. Sofia G. Papadaki, received her diploma in Chemical Engineering (2008) from National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). On July 2014, she finished her PhD degree, at NTUA's Laboratory of Organic and Environmental Technologies (LORET), in the scientific area of integrated processes for biomass exploitation. She holds a M.Sc. degree with honors in Organization and Management of Industrial Systems with specialization in Energy management and Environmental protection Systems at University of Piraeus. She is the author or co-author of more than 40 papers published in refereed journals and scientific conference proceedings and of 2 book chapters . Her work focuses on process integration, LCA and LCC analysis. She has great experience of working on European Commission funded long-term projects and on proposal writing. Moreover, she has worked in international well known research centers such as Wageningen UR in Netherlands (Unit of Food and Biobased Research) and The Russian Academy of Sciences N.M. Emanuel's Institute of Biochemical Physics (Moscow).
